Investment Strategy

fair-finance Asset Management wants to be a pioneer of active, sustainable capital investment and generate positive returns with adequate risk. The basis for this is the sustainable investment guideline of the fair-finance Vorsorgekasse. In general, the sustainability requirements of customers are fully taken into account, as long as they do not conflict with the fund's own criteria.

Internal and external analyses are used to analyse the capital market and assess future developments. These are both quantitative in nature (for example, the evaluation of submarkets using various valuation matrices) and qualitative in nature (for example, the assessment of future central bank decisions). A regular exchange (several times a week) concerning the current market conditions rounds off the process.

Medium-term tactical decisions are based primarily on consensus data from external service providers - ECR Research. These data are enriched by morning calls, analysed and the short-term courses of action derived from them are implemented.

The core competence of fair-finance Asset Management is the risk/return-optimised design of the asset allocation as well as the selection of managers and investment products.
